Multi User 2 Way SMS – Built on NetSuite

I’m really pleased to offer our 2 way SMS chat SuiteApp, built on NetSuite.
SMS is a fairly common way for customers to interact with businesses in this day and age, and with our multi user 2 way tool a business can offer customers 1 mobile number to interact with, and messages will be routed to different users as appropriate.
We’re using Nexmo.com as the messaging api provider, so the app could easily be ported to include other messaging providers such as Viber, Line, FB etc.
The UI sits inside a custom portlet on the users dashboard which makes for really easy interaction.
